  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 – 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)
