Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick salted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Without pulling the rolls apart, cut the entire pack in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the bottom layer of the rolls.
