Ingredients

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cut the feta cheese into rectangles or triangles, about 1 inch thick.
  • Wrap each piece of feta in panko breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the panko-covered feta rolls.
  • Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
