Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup mini marshmallow cream or fluff
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
