Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven as per package instructions for tater tots.
  • Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the tater tots until golden and crispy, about 20–25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon immediately.
  • Return the loaded tater tots to the oven for 5–7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  • Drizzle sour cream over the finished tots and sprinkle with green onions and jalapeños (if using).
  • Serve immediately with additional toppings on the side.
