Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Sprinkle a pinch of flaked sea salt on top of each cookie before baking.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
