Ingredients

  • 2 cans of crescent roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar for dusting
  • Honey for drizzling, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and lay it in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pressing it to cover the bottom.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer in the baking dish.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and lay it over the cream cheese layer, sealing the edges.
  • Sprinkle additional cinnamon and sugar on top if desired, then bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the bars to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with honey, if using, before serving.
