Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for a few minutes until everything is well combined.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it out in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a crust.
Spoon the sausage mixture evenly over the crescent roll base.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
