Ingredients

  • 1 package King's Hawaiian rolls 12 rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the King’s Hawaiian rolls by placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add the egg, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and mix until well combined.
  • Using a knife, carefully cut a slit in the top of each roll to create space for the cheesecake filling.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling into each slit of the rolls, generously but carefully.
