Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 3 medium apples Granny Smith or similar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions
