  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl.
