Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet, skin side down.
  • Cook the chicken for 7-8 minutes, until the skin is golden brown.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes.
