Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time and mix until just combined.
Stir in vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour.
Turn off the oven and crack the door to cool for 1 hour.
Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and top the cheesecake.
