Ingredients

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and smoked paprika to the skillet.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  • Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
  • Add lemon juice to the skillet once the chicken is done and remove the chicken to rest.
  • Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing it with the sauce.
  • Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  • Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
