  • Cook the bacon for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • While the bacon is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with salt and pepper.
  • Prepare the air fryer for the eggs by using a small, oven-safe dish or ramekin.
  • Pour the whisked eggs into the dish and place it in the air fryer.
  • Cook the eggs for 6-8 minutes or until set.
  • Toast the English muffins or bagels in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the sandwich by placing bacon, eggs, and cheese on one half of the toasted muffin.
  • Top with the other half of the muffin or bagel and serve immediately.
