Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, shredded white cheddar cheese, milk, heavy cream, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
